Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. All image processing uses the HTML5 Canvas API entirely in your browser. Your photos never leave your device — we cannot see them and nothing is stored.
What aspect ratios are available?
Auto (fits your photos automatically), 1:1 (square — perfect for Instagram grid posts), 16:9 (YouTube thumbnails and widescreen), 9:16 (phone wallpaper, Instagram Story, TikTok vertical), 4:3 (classic photo ratio), 3:4 (portrait), and 4:5 (Instagram portrait posts).
What are the different styles?
Classic gives each photo a white border with a soft drop shadow. Flat removes the shadow for a clean look. Worn adds vintage aging. Framed uses a dark mat border. Torn edge gives a deckled paper look. Film strip adds sprocket holes. Neon glow adds a glowing colored outline. Mix & Match randomly assigns a different style to each photo. Grid layout places photos in a clean row; Scatter places them at random angles for a natural, laid-out feel; Masonry packs them into tight columns with no gaps.
Will my collage have a watermark?
No. The downloaded PNG has no watermarks, logos, or branding from yhile.com.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 60. For best results, 3–8 photos work well. Large photos are automatically resized in your browser so things stay fast, even on a phone.
Is this free?
Yes — completely free. No signup, no account, no ads. Free forever.
